How do I cancel my event?

Events can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, and your deposit will be refunded. If you need to cancel your event less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.

To cancel, please email our support team and include the type of event (e.g., pizza, lunch, coffee) and the event ID (e.g., cute-cuddly-cat).
