What happens when you can’t deliver to a guest?

If any of your event attendees are outside of our delivery zones, we will reach out to them prior to the event.

For guests in undeliverable zones within the US, we will provide a Visa gift card of equivalent value prior to the event. These guests will be included on the invoice. Please note that guests will receive a gift card for the per-guest amount for your event type, minus a service fee of $3 (USD).

If you would prefer we instead do not send gift cards and exclude them from the final invoice, just let us know prior to the event.
