I never received my food / my food is late.
If your food is more than 30 minutes late, please email our support team; they will be able to let you know the status of your order. If your order should have been delivered and did not arrive, please let us know.
You must be home to accept any orders with alcohol; these orders cannot be dropped off and will not be reattempted if missed.
Please note that we cannot replace, compensate, or reorder any missing deliveries if we are notified more than 24 hours after the event start time.
