My delivery was cold / room temperature and isn’t supposed to be.

We work with many delivery partners and restaurants across the world to handle deliveries. While we always strive to work with partners that ensure deliveries are packaged properly to be kept at the correct temperature, we do not control the “last mile” delivery.

We cannot provide refunds or reorders for temperature-related issues but please feel free to provide any feedback to our team and we will take it into consideration for future events!
